Invention Convention Michigan Showcases Young Innovators, Presented by Delta Dental
150 students across Michigan participate in state competition
(Dearborn, Mich. – May 13, 2024) — Invention Convention Michigan, presented by Delta Dental, is a platform for students to explore innovative solutions for real-world problems. The convention, which was held at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation on May 4, 2024, brought together inventors from various regions to showcase their original ideas.
The program provides students in grades 3-12 an interactive opportunity to use the invention process to create and pitch an original product at a statewide convention. About 1,500 students engaged with Invention Education and competed in one of seven regional science fairs to determine an opportunity to compete in Invention Convention Michigan.
This year’s competition hosted 150 students to compete for an opportunity to qualify to compete at Invention Convention U.S. Nationals on June 5-7, 2024. The winners of the Invention Convention Michigan are as follows.
