1915 Gentry and Martin V-8 Automobile Engine for Ford Model T

Summary

Dale Gentry and Martin Lewis, who sold Ford cars through a dealership in Los Angeles, developed this V-8 engine for the Model T. More than half of its parts are standard Model T components. Gentry and Lewis hoped to build and sell their V-8 engines on the aftermarket, but Ford's regional manager overruled them and they abandoned the project.
