Oscar Mayer, a Chicago-based maker of processed meat products, sent its first Wienermobile out on the road in 1936, as an advertising gimmick. With it, the company sent Little Oscar, the "World's Smallest Chef," to spread goodwill. This license plate belonged to George Molchon, the company's last Little Oscar (1951 to 1987).
