Ford GT40 Driven by Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby at the Daytona Continental 2000 km Race, February 1965
Add to SetSummary
Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby gave the Ford GT40 its first win anywhere when they drove their #73 car to victory at the 1965 Daytona Continental 2000-Kilometer Race. Ford created the GT40 to win France's celebrated 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race. The GT40 did just that in 1966 -- and again in 1967, 1968 and 1969.
