A Taste of History Classics Return
Available for purchase at A Taste of History, fan favorites Chicken Fricassee Potato and Railroader’s Turkey Sandwich return for this three-day celebration only. The Chicken Fricassee Potato is a delectable dish composed of marinated and roasted chicken breast cooked in a white wine cream sauce and served over a baked potato. The Railroader's Turkey Sandwich is prepared with sliced roast turkey, red onion, honey mustard sauce and cheddar cheese on our house-made Hobo Bread.

From sweet to savory, your member discount is doubled to 20% off all weekend for dining at both Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village venues.*

Treat yourself or someone else to double discounts at our online and on-site gift shops. Your member discount is doubled to 20% off all weekend.*

*Some exclusions apply: Greenfield Village crafts are not eligible for combined discounts (10% maximum discount every day). Member discounts do not apply to already reduced (promotional or sale) items, fudge, bottled water, and Hobo Bread.
