These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern the text messages you will receive from The Henry Ford’s Text Message Service (Service). When you voluntarily sign up (Opting In) for the Service, you accept these Terms.

Carriers

The 76371 we use for the Service is supported by all U.S. mobile carriers. Support of the Service by the U.S. mobile carriers may change without notice to you or to The Henry Ford. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Commands and Support

The following commands and options will help you navigate the Service.

Opt-in: To opt-in to the Service, text “JOINTHF” to 76371. To opt-in to receive updates about movies playing at the Giant Screen Experience, text “THFMovie” to 76371.

Opt-out: Reply “STOP” to cancel.

Help: Reply “HELP” for help.

Fees

The Henry Ford provides the Service free of charge to you. However, your mobile carrier may charge message and data rates and your mobile carrier’s normal message and data rates will apply unless otherwise specified by the mobile carrier. Depending on your service plan, you may be charged by your mobile carrier. The Henry Ford does not control the rates, conditions, fees and taxes to which your mobile carrier and you have agreed. The Henry Ford are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or the fees or other costs that may be charged to you by your mobile carrier.

Frequency

Message frequency may vary and is at the discretion of The Henry Ford. However, we expect to send between 4-6 per month.

Applicable Law

The Service and any relationship it creates are governed by Michigan law.

Amendment and Termination

The Henry Ford retains the right and ability to amend or terminate the Service within its sole discretion for any reason and without advanced notice (except where required by law) and to amend these Terms at any time by posting an amended version of these Terms with an updated date. Any updates to these Terms shall be effective as of the date they are posted, unless otherwise stated.
